Danny Hirst started the day in Galashiels to open a vending machine that had no keys. It was not the easiest to open due to failed internal parts, but perseverance paid off!
Danny then drove across to Selkirk to identify the issues with 4 external fire doors for a new office building. The customer will receive a fully comprehensive quote in the coming days from Hirst Locksmiths. Staying in Selkirk for the next two jobs, Danny then had a broken key to extract from a bike rack and a front door adjustment.
Last job of the day was in St Boswells for a door where the latch had detached from the gearbox. After a couple of minutes the door was opened and fixed. 😃
