The customer phoned and said there was an issue with the rear UPVC door not locking. It turns out it was a faulty gearbox which will arrive tomorrow, but I will replace on Monday at the customers request. I managed to get the door to a secure state of being able to lock, so the customers is safe in the knowledge their house is secure.
