Coded lock fitted by Hirst Locksmiths. The call came into Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmiths a couple of weeks ago for a village hall near Innerleithen. They wanted the coded lock removed from an external door and put on an internal door. Danny Hirst went last week to take the coded lock off and fit a night latch type lock that worked on an electronic code. The digital coded lock was then fitted to an internal door this morning.
Once finished, Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmith in Galashiels headed to his home town of Earlston for a couple of jobs. The first was to replace an old style night latch for an auto locking night latch. The last job of the day was to service and adjust a sliding patio door lock. All in all, a good days work for Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmiths!
