Door Realignment in Lauder by Hirst Locksmiths!
This video is from a door realignment this morning at @thirlestanewoodlandlodges in #lauder that Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmiths did. The door was difficult to lock, so one of the staff got in touch for me to sort it. Had they left the problem to worsen, the likely outcome would have been the failing of the mechanism. Resolving the issue early saves £’s! As you can see, the door now locks/unlocks with ease!
Other jobs to start the week off was the fitting of a couple of sets of handles (also in Lauder), then an issue with a back door lock in #galashiels. The fault was a failed euro cylinder, which I changed on the spot.
Just as Danny Hirst was finishing off his last booked job, he had an emergency call from #farmfoods in Gala. They had an issue with locking one of their doors. The on shift manager was more than happy with Hirst Locksmiths quick response and resolution to the issue. 👍
