One of Hirst Locksmiths jobs today was to remove a snapped key from a euro cylinder. The customer has a fulll house of visitors this weekend, so they wanted the back door sorted so it can be used to gain entry into the garden. 😃
Note: The picture shows the later stages of the key removal, specialist locksmith tools were used to get the snapped portion of the key to that point. 👍
Danny Hirst then had a lovely drive to a renovated holiday home south of #jedburgh, right in the sticks (literally in a forest)! Beautiful place! The customer wants thumb turns fitted to both external doors and a new lock fitted to the outhouse. All sizes taken, Hirst Locksmith in Galashiels will return next week to fit the lock and enjoy the tranquility for an hour or two. 😃
