Holiday parks needing a locksmith calls Hirst Locksmiths. Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmiths was called in by Springwood Holiday park in Kelso and Thirlstane Woodland Lodges just outside Lauder.
Springwood Holiday park had a caravan that had an issue with a door. There was a big gap at the top that was allowing the ingress of water. After replacing the hinges, the gap is no longer there. Therefor allowing a good seal to prevent the cold air and rain into the living space.
Second job of the day was at Thirlestane Woodland lodges to replace a gearbox on one of the cabin doors. Danny Hirst was there a couple of days ago to fit a temporary gearbox to allow the door to be locked until the new part arrived.
