Today I had a call to pop over to Selkirk and look at an issue with a front door lock that was locked and the key was unable to be removed (on the inside). The lock had to get forcibly removed and the door readjusted to allow the locking strip to engage with the frame keep. After rectifying all this, the lock functioned perfectly!
