Danny Hirst from Hirst Locksmith in Galashiels had a job booked in Ettrickbridge this morning to open a safe. However, an hour before setting off for the job, Danny got a call from the customer asking him to arrive a little earlier as one of the guests were locked out of their room. Jumping in his car and arriving 30 minutes before the booked appointment, Danny Hirst had the couple back in their room within seconds!
Next job at the property was to open a safe that had failed. The key would turn, but not all the way, therefore preventing the safe door from opening. The only way to open the safe was by force. Within 15 minutes or so, Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmiths had the safe open. 👍
Next appointment booking was for a couple moving into a new property in Lauder. Danny replaced the back sliding patio door lock and the rim cylinder on the front door. In a day or two, he will return to fit a new deadbolt mortice lock.
A few more appointments have been booked this morning for the next week (and even a couple in July)! Plenty more availability however if you want to book in.
