Opening of deadlocked window. Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmiths had a call from a customer in his home town of Earlston. The issue was that the customer had bought and fitted new handles on tilt and turn windows. One of the windows was fine, but the other was only partially opening and the handle was not functioning fully. It was a tricky open, but Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmith in Galashiels got it open and fixed. The customer was over the moon.
