A trio of jobs today for Hirst Locksmiths. Danny Hirst certainly fulfills the ideas of a mobile locksmith in the Scottish Borders! Today, Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmith in Galashiels was in Selkirk, Hawick and Kelso!
Danny started the day replacing a mortice sash lock at a holiday property in Selkirk. The property is in an amazing location within the country side. The next job was a short drive away in Hawick to replace a failed night latch and rim cylinder on a door of a rental property.
Last job of the day was at Springwood Holiday Park in Kelso. On the face of it, it was a quick job (in theory), but the fitting of the locking strip proved a little tougher than normal. Danny Hirst however worked around the issues and got it fitted, leaving the door working better than it was when installed!
