Danny Hirst of Hirst Locksmith in Galashiels has had a busy morning with three booked jobs across the Borders. Starting in Lauder, Danny had a failed euro cylinder to replace. With the sun out and a lovely drive, the next job was in Melrose. A slightly more complex issue in that of a failed gearbox on a multipoint locking system. A new one is on order and a temporary solution sorted so the customer can lock the door.
The last job was just outside Hawick. The far reaching views from the farmhouse were incredible. Especially with the sun shining! This again was a quick job, with a new spindle and grub screws to fit, all is as good as new! 👌
